PURPOSE:To suppress a pulsation based on delivery fluid, by forming flow path lengths, which reach internal space of an enclosed casing from two delivery ports, in lengths half period displacing a pulsation wave of the flow paths from each other. CONSTITUTION:Flow path lengths L1, L2 of delivery fluid, reaching respectively internal space 10 from delivery ports 11, 12, are specified. These lengths are set to the lengths half period displacing pulsation waves of the delivery fluid opened to the internal space 10 from the respective ports 11, 12. Accordingly, a pulsation, based on the delivery fluid, can be suppressed by enabling the two pulsation waves to be negated each other.
