<p>Synthetic grape sugar fermentation with synthetic yeast recovery comprises (1) treating glucose solution with nicotinic acid, formalin and acetaldehyde, (2) treating with phosphates and adding formalin and acetaldehyde, (3) adding also small amounts of unsaturated organic fatty acid and carrying out fermentation with formalin and acetaldehyde, (4) also adding trace of cysteine hydrochloride. Yeast is recovered from liquid phase by filtration or centrifuging.</p> |
