PURPOSE:To facilitate stretching, cutting and collection of a web by allowing web receipt tables, which are provided at an elevating/sinking unit in two stages up and down, to swing between web receipt attitude and exhaust attitude, and putting them in correspondence to the web supporting mechanism of a web stretching machine. CONSTITUTION:Web receipt tables 2, 3 are provided up and down in an elevating/sinking unit 1. When this unit 1 rises from the lower limit to upper limit position, the upper stage receipt table 2 rises from the web receiving position of a web placing table 35 to the web handover position of a web supporting mechanism 33 of web stretching machine 31, while the lower stage web receipt table 3 rises from the web exhaust position of a web collecting table 36 to the web discharge position of the web supporting mechanism 33. When the elevating/sinking unit 1 returns from the upper limit to lower limit position, the web receipt table 2 is restituted to the web receiving position of the web placing table 35, while the web receipt table 3 to the web exhaust position of the web collecting table 36. Thereby stretching and cutting of web and rewinding and collection of the cut web are automated to accomplish saving of labor.
