摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To quickly and exactly determine the content of amylose or amylopectin by projecting near IR rays of a specific wavelength region to a sample, measuring the quantity of the reflected light or transmitted light obtd. from the sample or the combination thereof and computing the same. CONSTITUTION:A motor for selecting a filter 6 of an arbitrary wavelength band among 1,900-2,500nm wavelength bands is first operated. The near IR ray of the wavelength region obtd. by passing the projection light from a light source 4 through the filter 6 is projected to the sample in a sample vessel 15. The light transmitted through the sample is detected by a transmitted light detector, the detection signal of which is communicated with a controller 29. The quantity of the light reflected to an integrating sphere 7 from the sample is detected by reflected light detectors 9A, 9B, the detection values of which are communicated with the controller 29. The quantity of the reflected light or transmitted light or the combination thereof is determined in such a manner and the content of the amylose or amylopectin is quickly and exactly determined by an arithmetic unit 31.</p>
