PURPOSE:To obtain an ideal grounding state by connecting a connection terminal of an amplifier element to a ground face conductor plate and an amplifier element input terminal and an output terminal to an input/output circuit pattern respectively via a connection member penetrating through a dielectric base. CONSTITUTION:A microwave signal supplied from an input circuit pattern 65 on a dielectric base 51 is inputted to an amplifier element 58 placed on the rear side of the dielectric base 5a via a throughhole 67 and an input terminal 59. Moreover, the microwave signal amplified by the amplifier element 58 is outputted to an output circuit pattern 66 via an output terminal 60 and a throughhole 68. In this case, the amplifier element 58 is installed to the ground face conductor plate 62 on the dielectric base 51 allowing ground terminals 61, 61 to be connected directly to the plate 62 on the same plane in the shortest distance and the idenal grounding state is obtained.
