发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING J DECOMPOSITION THREE-DIMENSIONAL NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve S/N and to take an analysis by the bonding of various two-dimensional NMRs without leaving any vagueness by introducing a variable in two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance NMR and obtaining all two-dimensional NMR data by making an experiment of NMR once. CONSTITUTION:A 1st 90 deg. pulse is applied after a constant preparation period, a 2nd 90 deg. pulse is applied after a development period t1, and a 3rd pulse is further applied after a constant mixing period t3. In this constant mixing period, a spin echo pulse is applied to cancel a frequency spread to obtain only information on a J bond. In the mixing period, a variable t3 is used and a free induction attenuation signal is detected throughout a detection period t2 to generate three- dimensional matrix data S(t1, t2, t3). In this case, a basic response wave form is shown by an equation I and the matrix data is processed by Fourier transformation as to time base respectively. Then a resonance frequency conjugated to t3 is only the J of the J bond and the frequency range is narrower than omega1 and omega2 developed in t1 and t2 including chemical shift development.
