PURPOSE:To attain a system sufficiently usable for an audio equipment or the like requiring high S/N and high accuracy by locating the power center of an output analog signal to a position parted by a prescribed time from the initial time of each data output period and making the power center location always constant. CONSTITUTION:The value of 1 level is outputted by a half clock period in figure (a) and by a one clock period in figure (b) at nearly a half of one data output period with respect to a minimum value 0 of an input code. As the input code increases by 1, 2, 3, the time outputting 1 level is increased by a half clock period each in figure (a) and one clock period each in figure (b) at both sides of the location outputting 1 level. Thus, the power center location of the output analog signal having a binary value of 1 and 0 level is made constant always in each data output period independently of the inputted digital value.
