PURPOSE:To prevent a ligneous board from burning, by a method wherein a ultrasonic vibration is given to the ligneous board from the opposite side of the same by abutting fitting parts against the same. CONSTITUTION:Fitting parts 4 are mounted on a holding jig 7 by turning a protrusion 3 upward and then a ligneous board 5 is mounted on each of the fitting parts 4.... Then after a ultrasonic horn 2 is abutted against the ligneous board 5 by descending the same by actuating an air pressure cylinder 8, ultrasonic vibration is given by the ultrasonic horn 2. Burning does not happen as the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the circumference of the surface of the ligneous board 5 at the opposite position of the fitting part, and heat energy does not concentrate so as to burn the woody parts of the ligneous board 5. With this construction, each of the protrusion 3... turns fittable into the ligneous board 5 and the fitting parts 4 is welded to the ligneous board 5. |
