PURPOSE:To facilitate the machining of an oil feeding passage, by connecting a pivot part branch oil feeding passage and a camshaft bearing branch oil feeding passage both to one piece of the main oil feeding passage that is made to pierce through into each spark plug insertion cylinder of a cylinder head. CONSTITUTION:Piercing through each spark plug insertion cylinder 10 of a cylinder head 1, there is provided with one piece of a main oil feeding passage 20, and an inner cylinder 29 is fitly inserted into this spark plug insertion cylinder 10, thereby forming an annular oil feeding chamber 32. In addition, each rush adjuster 19 is installed in pivot parts 16 and 18 of a rocker arm for suction and exhaust valves, and a hydraulic chamber of the adjuster 19 and the annular oil feeding chamber 32 are interconnected to each other through pivot part branch oil feeding passages 27 and 28, then bearings 12 and 14 of a camshaft and the annular oil feeding chamber 32 are interconnected to each other through bearing branch oil feeding passages 25 and 26. With this constitution, the main oil feeding passage gets off with only one piece so that machining becomes facilitated. |
