PURPOSE:To enable frosting or a stripe pattern at favorable appearance by facilitating adjustment of raw materials such as use of reclaimed resin, by performing clamping after reheating by spreading resin powder over a resin molded product. CONSTITUTION:An insert 11 molded into a coil-like state passes through the inside of a cross-head 1a, and resin raw materials 2 to be supplied through a hopper 1c is extruded by turning into a resin molded product 10 through a T-die 1b by covering the insert 11. Powder 4 is spread over a resin molded product through powder spreading equipment 3, immediately after which the resin molded product 10 over which the powder 4 has been spread is reheated by reheating equipment 5 and a powder spread surface 10a is formed. The resin molded product 10 is carried through a plurality of roller devices 7, a drawn pattern is formed on the powder spread surface 10a through a drawing roll 6 and cooled continuously by a cooling tank 7. Then the same is sent to a roll forming process, and an opening trim 12 is formed. The resin powder 4 should be the same quality of the material as that of the raw material, 2 and it is applied only to a part becoming the surface in the case where the extrusion molded product is bent into a U-shaped form. |
