PURPOSE:To remove an influence applied to an analog video signal by the speed of an object and to obtain a bit of stable video information by correcting a multilevel video signal by the interval time and the reference time of a synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 22, when an arithmetic start signal (i) is generated, reads program data (n) stored in a program, storage device 21, reads the multilevel video signal (k) of one photoelectric transducer 3a from multilevel video storage device 16 or 17 to obtain the ratio of the value (m') of a reference time signal (m) and the value (l') of a synchronizing time signal (l'), the ratio is multiplied by the multilevel video signal (k), thereby, the multilevel video signal (k) is corrected and operated to output a corrected video signal (p). This corrected video signal (p) is stored and held in a corrected video storage device 23. Thereafter, the multilevel video signals (k) of all the photoelectric transducers (3a) are respectively corrected and operated and stored and held in the corrected video storage device 23.
