PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus having structure made small in size for obtaining an excellent product while reducing tension, by sequentially providing means for sending out a plurality of metal wires, hot-dip coating them, coiling them in a bundle, dividing them into each wire and concentrically stranding them. CONSTITUTION:Metal wires 3 sent out from a plurality of bobbins 2 of a delivery means 1 for metal wires are sent to a tank 4 for the pretreatment of plating at the same time and then introduced into a hot-dip coating tank 5 to hot-dip coat them. Said metal-coated wires 6 are cooled at a cooling capstan 7, sent through a roller 8 to a collecting roller 9 and formed into one bundle 10. Thereafter, said bundle is sent to an accumulator 12 and temporarily coiled round a bundle packer 13. After it is introduced to a wire separator and divided into each wire as needed, it is sent to a wire stranding machine to form a metal- coated strand wire. |
