PURPOSE:To continually hold the delivery pressure to a fixed value, by performing an operational control determining a pump motor output so that the net pump head obtains an almost fixed value for a pump discharge in any static suction head. CONSTITUTION:A pump 2 provides in its delivery side a pressure switch 7 and a tank 8, and a control part 9 is equipped with a power detecting part 10 and a control instruction part 11. The control part 9 determines a pump motor output so that the net pump head, resulting from the sum of static suction head of water and its forced pumping head, obtains almost a fixed value for a pump discharge in any static suction head. Accordingly, a delivery pressure of the pump can be always held almost to a fixed value corresponding to an individual spot of setting the pump.
