Glazed porcelain bodies are heated to 750-900 degrees C in an oven on a rotatable surface. They are then raised towards a blow mould, heat loss being prevented. The mould is situated on the oven top with an open end pointing downwards. During blowing of the glass body, the porcelain is jointed with the former. Application is to production of glasses with porcelain bases or stem etc. |
