PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce a cogging force by providing juxtaposed cores on an armature side and also providing salient poles of said juxtaposed cores in parts deviating from winding grooves by a field pole pitch or by said pitch multiplied by an integer. CONSTITUTION:In an armature 12, three salient poles 12a, 12b, 12 and winding grooves 21a, 21b, 21c between said salient poles are so arranged as to be opposed to two pole ranges of a field 11. On the other hand, juxtaposed cores 13 have saliend poles 13a, 13b, 13c,... opposed to the field 11 and these salient poles are provided in parts deviating by a pole pitch Pp of the field 11 and by twice said pitch in a straight-advancing direction on the basis of positions of respective winding grooves 21a, 21b, 21c. By said constitution, a cogging force generated in the winding groove 21a, 21b, 21c parts and that generated in the salient poles 13a, 13b, 13c of the juxtaposed cores 13 have opposite directions to each other so that both cogging forces may cancel each other.
