PURPOSE:To simplify assembling of magnetic pole pates by removing defects of said plates due to welding through assembling them by a caulking method and by combining a projected part of one of said magnetic pole plates with a through hole of another thereof. CONSTITUTION:A caulking relief hole 46 is made in cylindrical magnetic pole plates 2, 4 each with L-shaped section respectively formed at ends of discoidal magnetic pole plates 6, 8 and a caulking knife is press-fitted thereinto to perform caulking to enable assembling the cylindrical magnetic pole plates 2, 4 and the discoidal magnetic pole plates 6, 8 firmly. A through hole is formed in the magnetic pole plate 6 and a projecting part, in the magnetic pole plate 8; and said formed parts are caulked after their fitting has been performed.
