PURPOSE:To make the occurrence time and part of a short circuit detectable accurately in a manufacturing process, by installing a signal recorder which records a detecting output signal of a short detector together with that of a rotational position detector. CONSTITUTION:One end of a short detector 11 is connected to a cathode plate pushing member 5 and the other end to a winding shaft 1, respectively. Also, one end of a short detector is connected to a anode plate pushing member 6 and the other end to the winding shaft 1, respectively. In addition, a short detector 13 is connected to an interval between a cathode pushing member 5 and the anode plate pushing member 6. With this constitution, a short circuit to be produced between a cathode plate 3 and an anode palte 4 during feeding is detectable at once. And, where does this short circuit occur in any rotation position of the winding shaft 1 is accurately judgeable without being affected by the elapse of time in a way of referring to both output signals of the short detector and a rotational position detector E, recorded on a signal record 14. |
