PURPOSE:To obtain the TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) satellite communication system including earth stations different in scale by varying the power level of a burst to be transmitted depending on the condition of an opposite earth station and the content to be sent. CONSTITUTION:Three carriers 40 having a frequencies f1, f2 and f3 are assigned in the usable frequency band of the satellite transponder as the transmission carrier for stations A, B and C. The power level of each carrier is set depending on the purpose and the sum of the power of the entire carrier is within the power assigned in this system of the satellite transponder. The burst 'broadcast' sent from the station A is used to send a data in the broadcast mode and when all stations other than the station A receive the burst, the time slot is not used for the transmission of the station other than the station A. The power level of the broadcast burst is increased by the share of transmission. |
