PURPOSE:To ensure the recording and reproducing of a bit of stable information by using a conductor layer which can charge the electrostatic charge. CONSTITUTION:A conductor layer 4 which can charge the electrostatic charge is provided to an optical recording carrier that records and reproduces the information via the optical energy. Then said optical recording carrier is set on the base 10 of a conductive material of an optical recording and reproducing device. The voltage is applied to charge the electrostatic charge to the layer 4 and the base 1. Thus the optical recording carrier is adhered fixedly onto the base 10 with the electrical attracting power generated by said electrostatic charge. Then the information is recorded and reproduced with the optical recording carrier with the optical energy. Thus it is possible to correct the deformation of the optical recording carrier in a simple mechanism and also to load and unload the optical recording carrier to the base 10 at a time. In such a way, the stable optical recording and reproducing of information are ensured. |
