PURPOSE:To improve the alpha-ray torelance by almost cutting off an emitter follower current when an emitter potential of an emitter follower feeding back a signal is at a High level. CONSTITUTION:A feedback loop from a node N11 to a base of a transistor (TR) Q18 being a component of a flip-flop gate 10 has a TR part comprising a base B12, a collector C12 and an emitter E14 of an emitter follower TR Q1d, and when an emitter follower current I4 is very small and a potential at the node N11 is lowered momentarily, the base-emitter voltage of the TR part approaches zero V or a negative potential and the TR part is cut off easily. Thus, the propagation of spike noise to the flip-flop gate is blocked and the software error torelance due to alpha rays is improved considerably.
