PURPOSE:To obtain a tacky adhesive composition, containing a polyurethane resin which is a reaction product of a polyol (blend) with an organic polyisocyanate as an essential component and having strong tackiness, excellent heat and solvent resistance without change of the tackiness with time. CONSTITUTION:The aimed tacky adhesive composition containing a polyurethane resin, obtained by reaction (A) (i) a ricinoleic acid ester polyol having >=2 hydroxyl groups and/or polyol having the molecular backbone chain formed from only C, (ii) a blend of the component (i) with a polyether polyol having >=2 hydroxyl groups or (iii) a blend of the component (i) with a polymer polyol having >=2 hydroxyl groups with (B) an organic polyisocyanate at 0.30-1.70 equivalent ratio of NCO/OH and having <=0.25 crosslinking density based on 1,000atom.wt. as an essential component.
