PURPOSE:To obtain the titled yarn having void of finger-shaped structure, having excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical strength and high permeation rate of liquid, by spinning a solution of a specific aromatic polyamide-imide in a polar organic solvent at a specific concentration. CONSTITUTION:A copolyimide having a repeating unit shown by formula I consisting of 10-30mol.% repeating unit wherein R in the formula I is shown by formula II and 90-70mol.% repeating unit wherein R in the formula I is shown by formula III or formula IV and/or a copolyamide-imide consisting of 90-70mol.% repeating unit having a structure shown by formula V and 10-30mol.% repeating unit having a structure shown by formula VI is dissolved in a polar organic solvent (dimethylformamide, etc.) to give a solution having 8-25wt.% solid content concentration, which is made into a dope solution, extruded together with a core solution or a core gas from a nozzle for hollow yarn and coagulated. A porous material having void of finger-shaped structure is obtained.
