PURPOSE:To improve a stabilization of a battery assembling process, liquid-leak tightness, and stabilization of a battery characteristic, by forming a separator interposed between positive and negative electrodes by a cup-state body of a required material appointedly treated and an inner bottom part of a disc nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:A porous thin membrane of a heat welded resin is cylindrically wrapped plural times, and a wrapping finished end part 5a is heat welded and fixed. Then, an inward folding of one side edge part allows a production of a cup-state body 5b. And an inner bottom part made by inserting a disc nonwoven fabric 5c into the cup-state body 5b becomes a separator 5 interposed between a positive electrode 3 and a negative electrode 4. A stabilization of a battery assembling process can be increased, liquid-leak tightness improved, and stabilization of a battery characteristic of a flat organic electrolyte battery achieved by using the separator formed without a drawing treatment causing wrinkling or off-centering. |
