PURPOSE:To improve casting efficiency by forming a wave-type air vent at the joining face to a movable die with a fixed die and also an arranging pin, which is possible to advance, on the joining face to a vacuum hole of the movable die with the fixed die. CONSTITUTION:Plural over-flows 15 are arranged on the joining face 14 to a movable die 11 with a fixed die 12 and also a wave-type air vent 16 is arranged as connecting with this. Further, a vacuum hole 19, penetrating from the outer surface of the movable die 11 connecting through the air vent 16 to the joining face 14, is formed and a pin 21 projected in a push-out plate 22 is arranged, so as to be possible to advance to the joining face 14 at separating time of the dies 11, 12. At the time of vacuum casting, the air vent 16 prevents the flow-out of metallic powder and at the time of separating the dies 11, 12 to take out the casting, the pin 21 of push-out plate 22 is advance to the joining face 14, to remove the metallic powder in the vacuum hole 19. Therefore, the casting operation can be continuously executed and the casting efficiency is improved.
