PURPOSE:To obtain a product with high quality by inserting two cladding materials between two base metals and welding the circumference of the base metals and joining the cladding materials to the base metals by the hot rolling and then, cutting and separating the circumference of raw material to join the base metal surfaces to each other. CONSTITUTION:The two cladding materials 1 are inserted between the two base metals 2 to weld the circumference of the base metals and performing the hot rolling to join the cladding materials 1 to the base metals 2. Next, the circumference of the raw material is cut and separated to obtain two clad plates. The surfaces of the base metal parts 2 of the clad plates are cleaned and then, the base material parts 2 are welded to each other which is subjected to the hot rolling to join the base metals to each other. By this way, the product with the excellent quality can be obtained. |
