PURPOSE:To simplify the radio line control by providing a function registrating plural radio zones including adjacent radio zones to a radio telephone set from a radio line controller at the registration of position, and applying call connection/talking in an idle radio zone among plural registered zones at the time of calling and incoming. CONSTITUTION:A radio line controller 11 stores the correspondence between a radio telephone set 17 and a radio zone 16, that is, position information into a subscriber memory to apply exchange processing between a connection line 13 and a wire line 15 to a radio connection device 14. Moreover, the position information is stored in the radio line controller based on a position registration request reached to the radio line controller 11 via the radio connection device 14 from the radio telephone set 17. The radio connection device 14 calls a specific radio telephone set by calling the identification code and detects a call signal addressed to its own radio connection device by reading the identification code to open a channel with an optional radio telephone set. Thus, it is not required to select a radio zone at each call connection to attain the simple constitution.
