PURPOSE:To reduce the classification by senders by decoding an identification code from a sender terminal equipment and containing recording paper receiving and recording document information automatically to plural containing shelves at a classification section by the designation of plural preset sections and classification signals. CONSTITUTION:An identification code 10 sent from a sender terminal equipment is received and decoded, classified into plural preset sections to output a classification signal 11 by a discrimination section and the recording paper 3a from the recording section 3 receiving the classification signal 11 is contained in one of classification shelves 2a, 2b, 2c by a classification section 2. Moreover, the discrimination section 1 consists of a decoder 1a, a fixed storage device (ROM) 1b and a comparator 1c and the identification code 10 at each sender terminal equipment is stored as three classifications in advance in the ROM 1b. Thus, the classification by senders of recording paper recording document information is reduced.
