PURPOSE:To prevent electric charge from being accumulated on the outer periphery of a frame body, by providing the frame body consisting of a cylindrical dielectric member, a wire conductor laid on the outer surface, or the inner wall plane, or the inside of the frame body, and a short-circuit part which performs the short-circuit of the conductors with each other. CONSTITUTION:In an antenna which radiates an electromagnetic wave polarized in a direction 6 perpendicular to a direction of Z-axis, two antenna elements 1 are arranged in the direction of Z-axis, and are supported with a support 2, and a spatial polarization filter 12 is arranged on the outer periphery. The frame body 2 that is the structural member of the spatial polarization filter 12 is formed with a cylindrical dielectric member, and on the outside of the body, plural metallic conductors 3 are laid. The conductors 3 are short-circuited with each other via the short-circuit part 4, and the short-circuit part 4 is connected to the ground part of the antenna or a cabinet. In such a way, the electric charge existing on the surface of the spatial polarization filter 12 flows from the plural conductors 3 to the ground part of the antenna or the cabinet via the short-circuit part 4, and it is possible to prevent the electric charge from being accumulated on the surface of the spatial polarization filter 12.
