The mirror cleaner has an air conducting shell above the mirror with a curved surface guiding the air. Connected onto this surface is an outlet opening placed near the upper edge of the mirror, which directs air along the mirror surface. The surface of the outlet opening (10) runs parallel to the mirror's surface in the attached state. The bottom part of the shell (5) is closed off by an end plate (13) defining the opening likewise parallel to the mirror surface. A closure edge is connected to the mirror with a protective edge (3) and the shell has a water blower aperture.
