PURPOSE:To make a separate provision of a wating step unnecessary and to contrive to shorter the coating time by coating the surface of an injection molding in the same mold immediately after its injection molding. CONSTITUTION:Immediately after the injection molding of an object, a movable mold 1b is opened by a little gap delta, and then a pump 7 is operated, and paints is injected from a paints injection nozzle 3, while pressing the paints injection nozzle 3 against the injection hole 11 of the movable mold 1b. The injected paint 9 adheres to the surface of the molding 13 adjacent to the injection hole 11. Next, when the movable mold 1b is again closed, the paints 9 adhering to the surface of the molding 13 extends to the side total surface of the movable mold 1b of the molding 13, and then adheres to the object under pressing and is cured. Finally the movable mold 1b is again opened and the coated molding 13 is taken out. |
