PURPOSE:To make the sensitivity in perforation of a base paper a high level to enhance a resolving power, by a method wherein, after a main body layer made of a specific thermoplastic resin provided with an easy-releasable layer of an olefin-type on one surface thereof is laminated on a substrate, the release layer is removed. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of a main body layer of a thermoplastic resin having a tensional modulus of 75 kg/mm<2> or over, a heat shrinkage factor of 30% or over, a heat shrinkage-stress value of 75 g/mm<2> or over, and a thickness of 0.5-18mum, at least one polyolefin easy-releasable layer not less than 5mum thick is provided, whereby a co-oriented multi-layer film is formed. After an ink-transmitting porous substrate is laminated on the main body layer of the multi-layer film, the polyolefin easy-releasable layer is removed; in this manner, a high-sensitive and thermally perforated base paper is manufactured. The sensitivity in perforation is developed to a level as high as the potential of the film. |
