PURPOSE:To make the rotation of a disc sheet smooth, by a method wherein pointers are made up of a plurality of disc sheets made of a resin material and fine pieces are scattered and fastened on opposed surface of the disc sheets. CONSTITUTION:Time characters 3a are formed on a dial plate 3 by printing or the like. A minute display plate 7 is a transparent disc sheet made of a resin material and comprises a minute hand 7a formed by printing or the like. An hour display plate 8 is also a transparent disc sheet made of a resin material and comprises a print of an hour hand 8a. Beads 9 are scattered evenly on opposed surfaces of the minute display plate 7 and the hour display plate 8 on the side of the minute display plate 7 at a distance inward by about two-third from the radial circumference side in such a manner as to be roughly concentric with the minute display plate 7. Thus, the minute display plate 7 comes in spot contact with the hour display plate 8.
