PURPOSE:To enable bleed steam temperature to be regulated to a given value by installing a temperature control piping, in which a temperature regulating valve is intermediately provided, connected to a bleed steam piping branched from a main steam piping so as to control the temperature regulating valve based on the bleed steam temperature. CONSTITUTION:A temperature control piping 12 is branched from a main steam piping between a main steam stop valve 4 and a main steam governer 5, and a temperature regulating valve 13 is intermediately provided in the piping. The temperature control piping 12 is connected to a bleed steam piping 9 so as to heat bleed stem by allowing high temperature steam, with its quantity controlled by the temperature regulating valve 13, to join the bleed steam. Also, a temperature detector 14 is provided in the bleed steam piping 9 placed downstream from the junction of main steam with the bleed steam so as to detect bleed steam temperature subjected to adjustment. Further, a deflection between a detected temperature and a set temperature is obtained by means of a regulator 15 in such constitution that the temperature regulating valve 13 may be controlled by a valve opening adjusting signal based on the deflection.
