PURPOSE:To facilitate the shared use of a transmission case and a transmission device inside the case by arranging both differential axes of an intermediate differential device along a transmission shaft which transmits power to the intermediate differential device via gear wheels. CONSTITUTION:It is made possible to provide another side case having bearing portions which bear both differential axes 8, 8 on a side wall of a transmission case having a transmission shaft 9 and gear wheels and the like therein by arranging both differential axes 8, 8 of an intermediate differential device 7 along the transmission shaft 9 which transmits power to the intermediate differential device 7 via gear wheels. The differential axes 8, 8 to which power from the transmission shaft 9 is transmitted via gear wheels, transmit the power to right and left front axles 1, 1 via a front differential device 3 and differential axes 2, 2 while the same axes transmit to right and left rear axles 4, 4 via a rear differential device 6 and differential axes 5, 5.
