<p>PURPOSE:To attain a visual retrieval at a required time and to execute the proper inventory management and the proper purchase arrangement business of spare parts by previously registering a completed drawing required for the maintenance and the repairing of a plant. CONSTITUTION:A completed drawing information registering and retrieving device 1, a spare parts inventory management computer 2 and a spare part purchasing management device 3 are provided. In the device 1, the image information of the completed drawing including a retrieval key word, a specification, a manual or the like is registered by the completed drawing information register stored in a completed drawing information storage device. In the device 2, prescribed information is registered and stored in a maintenance work plan information register based on the completed drawing information such as an equipment drawing to be maintained, a maintenance manual outputted from the device 1. In the device 3, information required for a purchase request such as the quantity of the spare parts, a delivery data is registered and stored in a spare parts purchasing arrangement information register based on the information of a spare parts proper allocation table.</p> |
