PURPOSE:To obtain the titled feed, capable of mechanizing and saving labor in automatic feeding as well as providing improved raising results and adjustable into a desired blend composition, by stirring and granulating a raw material for piglets while adding a given amount of water at a high speed and drying the granulated material. CONSTITUTION:Milk powder, wheat flour, bread crumb, dextrin, grains, soybean oil cake, fish meal, saccharides, animal or vegetable fat or oil, vitamin, minerals, perfume, etc., are blended into a desired composition so as to improve palatability and increase intake. Thereby the aimed feed raw material for piglets. The resultant raw material is put in a high-speed stirring granulator, stirred and granulated at a high speed while adding 3-20% water in an outer percentage, dried with hot air at 60-120 deg.C so as to provide <=12% moisture content, e.g. by hot-air drying and sieved to afford the aimed feed containing >=50% granules having >=0.25mm grain diameter and <=45 deg. angle of repose thereof. |
