PURPOSE:To enable automatic or remote control of phase switching in a transfer cylinder and a suction head, by fastening a part of the end of a shaft for supporting the transfer cylinder and a bearing part of a main body of a rotary valve to each other by a spring through a wedge piece, and releasing the fastening by a fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION:A part of a shaft end part 2 of a shaft for supporting a transfer cylinder 1 and a bearing part of a main body 4 of a rotary valve are fastened to each other by a bellville spring 10 through a wedge piece 8a, and the fastening is released by a hydraulic pressure. With this construction, phase switching in the transfer cylinder 1 and a suction head 3 can be controlled automatically or remotely, and the control can be effected even by an unskilled operator. Thus, it is possible to eliminate the need for an operation of opening a cover for the phase switching and to prevent penetration of foreign matter. Since the main body 4 of the rotary valve is fastened by the belleville spring 10, no trouble occurs due to power interruption, and further, the phase of the suction head 3 can be prevented from deviating due to vibration.
