METHOD FOR MANAGING INFORMATION COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE:To realize equi-network management, by corresponding a unit group consisting of a management execution mechanism and a management application mechanism which uses the the mechanism to a blocked layer protocol. CONSTITUTION:The blocked layer protocol in which each layer out of seven layers of an OSI reference model is set as a minimum unit, and at least one or more layers are set as a block is supported by at least two or more communication execution mechanisms 31 and 32 divided into the block units. The management application mechanisms 40 and 42 provided with the management execution mechanisms 41 and 43 which perform the managing application of each layer protocol are attached on each of the communication execution mechanisms 31 and 32, and a managing mechanism system is completed in the hardware unit of a communication subject realizing each layer protocol.
