A diver's waterproof watch includes a winding and setting crown 1 provided with a cavity 2 having a recess 8 in which is mounted two resilient packing rings 9,10 extending between the pendant 3 and the outer wall of the recess 8, and two less resilient rings 11, 12, one being interposed between the rings 9, 10 and the other closing the cavity 2. The rings 11 are provided with projections 16, 17 engaging, the rings 9, 10 to hold the latter in position when the crown 1 is moved axially and also to bend the rings 9, 10 so that they engage the pendant 3 in the manner shown.
