<p>PURPOSE:To produce a laminated plate excellent in accuracy of the register of laminated layers, while preventing surely the shift between the laminated layers from occurring at the time of forming of the laminate and working of its contour by laminating a piled body integrally with a caulking pin. CONSTITUTION:While inserting a caulking pin 8 into a guide hole 6 and caulking its ends, a caulked part 10 and a flange part 7 are integrally pressure welded to both surfaces of a piled body 4. In this state, the piled body 4 is placed on a mold 13, and further is integrally laminated, while arranging the piled body 4 between hot platens 15 with the cushion member 14 intervened between the platen and the piled body. Since the piled body 4 is integrally laminated by caulking the pin 8, the shift between the laminated layers in forming of the laminated and working of its contour may be prevented.</p> |
