<p>PURPOSE:To easily form multiple character with simple operation by producing width ratio data, a second character data and the origin data of the character data based on a first character of a reference and a width of change. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 2 specifies the position alienated to the extent of the width of change DELTAX and DELTAY from the inside or the outside of a reference character pattern CA1 based on design data which indicates the reference character pattern CA1. Then the width ratio of the character width XN, and YN of the pattern CA1 and the character width (XN2 and YN2) (XN3 and YN3) obtained by adding and substructing the width DELTAX and DELTAY to and from the character width are obtained. Based on this width ratio and the width XN and YN, design data indicating the character pattern CA2 and CA3 which overlap the inside or the outside of the pattern CA1 is obtained. Then based on the origin data indicating the origin O21 of the pattern CA1 and data indicating the width DELTAX and DELTAY, the origin data indicating the origin O22 and O23 is obtained. By drawing the pattern CA2 and CA3 overlapped the pattern CA1 based on each origin data, the multiple pattern is formed.</p> |
