CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 2b stores the voice mail addressed to a subscriber 2a in the arbitrary voice storing means 100, a storage means 400 retrieves the voice storing means 100 provided in the voice storing area 200 for the subscriber 2a. As a result, when it is confirmed that the voice storing area 200 for the subscriber 2a is provided in another voice storing means 100, a transfer means 300 transfers the voice mail from the voice storing means 100 where the voice mail is stored to the voice storing means 100 where the voice storing area 200 for the subscriber 2a is provided. In such a way, it is possible to improve the operability of the transmission origin subscriber and the destination subscriber.
