PURPOSE:To feed a mixed component such as an agent for culture medium, component readily modifiable, etc., to a mixed part, regardless of the amount, by sandwiching a tube between a roller and pressing tool and pressing and squeezing the tube by rotating roller at the same time. CONSTITUTION:An agent for culture medium such as agar, housed in a vessel 10 is fed to a venturi part 2, by sandwiching a tube 4 between a roller 5 and pressing tool 6, pressing the tube 4 and squeezing the tube 4 by rotating the roller 5 at the same time. On the other hand, a component readily modifiable by heater such as blood, housed in a vessel 11 is also sent to the venturi part 2 by same feed method as the above-mentioned method. Then the agent for culture medium and component readily modifiable by heat are joined in the venturi part 2 and premixed and further the mixture is passed through a mixed tube 1, where the mixture is completely mixed by bringing the mixture in contact with granules 3 in the tube 1 and poured to a proper culture medium- preparing vessel 12 such as fractionating laboratory dish, from a discharge opening 1c provided in the lower part of tube 1 and subjected to gelation.
