PURPOSE:To improve operability by holding the mode of one operation switch in a switch box which is low in frequency of use until any other operation switch is operated when the former switch is operated. CONSTITUTION:An automatic bracket switch (swABR) or multiple photographic switch (swME) which is relatively low in frequency of use is stored in a storage part 7 on the reverse surface side of a camera. When the switch cover 6 of the storage part 7 is opened and the swABR is pressed, an automatic bracket mode is set and held thereafter, but when the swME is pressed, a multiple photographic mode is set and held. Then the number of exposure stages or the number of times of multiple photography required for photography in those mode is set with a dial 5. Either mode is reset by pressing another other switch in the storage part 7 or by a 1st stroke of a release button, so a switch and the dial need not be operated at the same time and the operability is improved.
