PURPOSE:To smoothly carry out the speed change operation of a speed change gear by the turning-OFF position of a traveling clutch and a steering clutch, by operating a right/left steering clutch to an OFF position at the same time when the traveling clutch is operated to a selecting position by a clutch motor. CONSTITUTION:An arm 33 installed onto a tension arm 27 and a clutch motor 6 are interlocking-connected, and the operation between the traveling clutch ON position for pressing a tension pulley 31 onto a transmission belt 32 and the travelling clutch OFF position for separating the tension pulley 31 from the transmission belt 32 is permitted by the drive of a clutch motor 6. At the same time, the operation to the right/left steering clutch OFF position of a right/left clutch gear by releasing said gear from the clutch engagement with an intermediate gear through a rod 29, brake arm 24, etc., and the operation of a clutch 5 to the ON position are permitted.
