PURPOSE:To make it possible to remove a malfunction pulse more than 33m s as for a malfunction break pulse by making a dial make pulse and a dial break pulse have different time for removing the malfunction pulse. CONSTITUTION:An error dial make pulse removal circuit 3 and an error dial break pulse removal circuit 4 are made to have different widths of error removing time respectively. Thus, the removal circuit 3 does not output the pulse fewer than previously set duration at the time of inputting the make pulse. In the same way, the removal circuit 4 does not output the pulse below the previously set optional time when the dial pulse which is being inputted breaks. Therefore, the removal over 33m s can be executed as for the malfunction pulse of the break pulse.
