PURPOSE:To easily demarcate the trouble of an information processor or the trouble of a bus by recognizing the normality of the operations of the respective information processors to execute a diagnosis at the time of generating the trouble by a diagnostic device and carrying out a trouble information and a bus switching through the bus. CONSTITUTION:Input and output circuits 21, 31 inform that the trouble is generated in the information processor or the bus 101 to the diagnostic device 10 through the bus 103. The device 10 fetches the contents of the trouble from the bus 103 to a state collection decision circuit 11 to decode and the information processors 20, 30 decide whether an ordinary operation can be resumed or not according to a decoded result. When the diagnosis of the processors 20, 30 is required, the diagnosis is executed. According to the decoded and diagnosis result, when it is decided that the bus 101 cannot be used, the processors 20, 30 are restored to an operating state which can be resumed in the circuit 11. Thereafter, the bus switching is instructed to a bus switching control circuit 12 and the bus switching is instructed to the input and output circuits 21, 31 by the use of a bus control signal from the bus 103. The circuits 21, 31 switch to the bus 102 from the bus 101 to resume the ordinary operation.
