PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacturing cost by making the semi-hardened state resin layers of each sort of insulators made of a prepreg material of a molded coil in a fluidized state by heating by placing an end insulator at the bottom and by making mutually stick together and by hardening. CONSTITUTION:An inner insulator 15 and an insulating material 14a made of a prepreg material are formed on a bobbin 13. An interlayer insulator 16 made of the prepreg material is provided outside the insulator 15 and a coil 17 is so wound that the both ends of the interlayer insulator 16 protrude from the both ends of the coil 17. When the coil 17 is wound, end insulators 19, 20 and an outer insulator 18 are formed. Then, after an end insulator 14 which covers between the ends of the insulators 15, 18 by bending the insulating material 14a is formed, an outer insulator 21 is formed by covering the insulators 14, 18. Then, the insulator 14 is mounted at the bottom and heated, the resins of the insulators 15, 16, 18, 21, 19, 20 are fluidized and mutually integrated by hardening.
