PURPOSE:To perform the calibration work of a differential pressure detector within a short time, by performing the calibration of the differential pressure detector by performing the opening and closing operation of a solenoid valve by remote control. CONSTITUTION:At the time of usual operation, a solenoid valve 5e is set to a closed state and solenoid valves 5a-5d are set to an open state by the remote operation from a central control chamber 21. A differential pressure converter 8 detects the back pressure corresponding to the liquid level of a solution 14 being the differential pressure thereof and the liquid level of the solution 14 is indicated on the central control chamber 27 through electric cables 9, 26. At the time of the calibration of the zero point of the differential pressure detector 8, the solenoid valves 5a-5d are closed at first by the remote operation from the central control chamber 27 to stop the supply of air from an air tank 21. Next, the solenoid valve 5e is opened to perform the calibration of the zero point of the differential pressure detector 8. At the time of the calibration of the span of the differential pressure detector 8, the pressure in the air tank 21 is reduced or increase by solenoid valves 28, 24 and the solenoid valve 5e is closed while the pressure value thereof is measured by a precise pressure gauge 25 and, thereafter, the solenoid valve 5c is opened.
