PURPOSE:To securely prevent chips which are produced at the time of opening a pin hole on a support member from entering a rotary rotor by fixing said support member to said rotary rotor after fixing an internal gear to said support member, the time of fixing said internal gear to said rotary rotor. CONSTITUTION:A support hole 21 is provided on the center part of one side board 11 which forms a housing and a cylinder member 23 is fitted in the support hole 21 and fixed with a bolt 25. And, the external gear part 23a of the cylinder member 23 is projected out into the housing and a rotary shaft 13 on which a rotary rotor is installed in supported by the cylinder member 23 via a bearing 27. On the other hand, the crank arm 13a of the rotary shaft 13 is placed in an inner cylinder 29 which is integrally formed with the inside of the rotary rotor. Also, a support member 31 is fitted over the crank arm 13a via a bearing 33 while one end part of the support member 31 is fitted in the inner cylinder 29 and fixed to the with a bolt 24. And, the internal gear 40 is fitted in the housing cylinder part 35 of the support member 31, which is fixed by pins 39.
